  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat & Prepare

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or grease lightly.

Step 2: Mix Wet Ingredients

  1. In a large bowl, mash bananas until smooth.
  2. Add pumpkin puree, oil, egg, vanilla, and both sugars. Mix until well combined.
